Update Schedule
Upload one or many XLS, XLSX, CSV, or TSV files. The app reads Lot Number and Revised Start from each file. Newer imports for the same Lot replace its active schedule, regardless of filename. Planned Start is ignored.
The test workspace does not sync between devices. Excel import needs an internet connection to load the spreadsheet reader; CSV works offline.
Review Schedule — Activity by Activity
Choose a Lot to review every imported activity, its Revised Start date, matching rules, and resulting Manager or Labor tasks. Items with no matching rule stay visible as Needs Rule — they are not silently assigned.
Latest Schedule for Each Lot
Only the most recently imported version for each Lot is used for current tasks. Completed checkmarks are preserved.
Task Allocation Rules
Rules inside the app convert Revised Start dates into Manager, Trades, and Labor tasks. The current four rules are illustrative demo examples, not approved site rules.

Try a sample change without uploading a file. Lot 6.10A gets a newer version with a different filename; its Hardwood Revised Start moves to November 13, 2026 and the Labor task moves to November 16.
